Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident stocking up. Because we sell sealed, long-shelf-life emergency food, our return rules are built around food safety.

30-day returns on unopened items

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on any unopened, factory-sealed product in its original packaging. To start a return, email info@preppersoul.com with your order number. Approved returns ship to:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

What we can't accept

For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed food, or on items that have been used or damaged after delivery. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This is standard for emergency-food retailers and protects every customer who buys from us.

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@preppersoul.com within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. No return shipping needed on our errors.
